A very good introductory book to gift to dear ones who don't know about Heartfulness. I always gift a book whenever I go to a wedding or if there is some occasion. Always wherever possible (if the other person is not aware of Heartfulness). And this is a very cheap option in terms of price. I bought several copies. Loved that the list of books of the Mission by the four Masters has been included in the end in this version. Great effort by the book development team to inspire further reading of the literature of Heartfulness which will help people in their spiritual growth. Mentioning of 'Heartfulness App' in place of 'HeartsApp' is a good updation too. Thank you.
