Made slowly, loop by loop, this little bear begins with yarn in an artist’s hands. Its tiny ears, little face, soft muzzle and crochet bow are individually made and assembled by hand. What looks like a playful little Rakhi actually takes days of patient crochet work, detailing and finishing.
And because it is handmade rather than factory-made, no two bears will ever be exactly alike. A slightly different stitch, expression or curve is part of its character — and part of what makes each one special.
Designed especially for newborns, toddlers and young children, we also wanted this Rakhi to have a life beyond the festival. So when Rakhi is over, don’t throw your little bear away. ❤️
Carefully remove the crochet artwork and stitch it onto a T-shirt, sweatshirt, pullover, fabric bag, cushion or another favourite piece of clothing. It becomes a tiny handmade patch - and a little memory of Rakhi that can stay with your child much longer.
