Fantastic book. The writer is a seer who has jolted down the book in superconscious state. A must have for all aspiring to know what YOGA is. Each of the Patanjali's Yogasutras have been decoded. Truly Marvellous work. Can't be said to be a work of a writer but such works are done through a scribe by the ALMIGHTY himself.

Rev. Daaji praised Shri Deshpande Ji's work very much in the book. He was born in 1899 - the same year Sage Patanjali re-incarnated as Babuji Maharaj. I think sincere seekers of true Yoga may very confidently buy and go through this book.

This book gives in depth practical knowledge and moreover opens a scope to experiment. One can contemplate during meditation and observe the results. This book may be considered as a project and note down the results. Amazing selection and recommendation by our beloved master daaji.

This book gives in depth practical knowledge and moreover opens a scope to experiment. One can contemplate during meditation and observe the results. This book may be considered as a project and note down the results. Amazing selection and recommendation by our beloved master daaji.

It took me almost 2 months to complete this book. I would pick it up, read a few pages and then just give up. I kept wondering why Daaji wanted all abhyasis to go through this book. But after some days, it became a passion, I started underlining many points and by the time I reached the end, I was simply mesmerised by 3 things:
1)How could such a person exist outside The Heartfulness Way and know almost everything about Creation ?
2)How did Beloved Daaji stumble on such a great Soul and
3)The utter remarkable simplicity of Rev. Babuji Maharaj's books and teachings! (I started reading Babuji's books once again)
I've found in myself a new me, and would love to re-read this book at least 2 more times for a much further understanding.
I am in complete gratitude to Beloved Daaji for giving us all yt another opportunity to grow .
