HOPE is a long duration spiritual training and development program by Heartfulness Education Trust for Heartfulness seekers.
HOPE has three levels: Explore - Establish Your Spiritual Foundation (level 1) Expertise - Build Your Spiritual Pillars (level 2) Excellence - Complete Your Spiritual Edifice (level 3) HOPE level 1 workbook is to help seekers establish one's own spiritual foundation about key concepts and practices of Heartfulness. The level 1 workbook is designed and content is curated to create a organized learning about essential elements of spiritual practice. HOPE level 1 phase is with 5 days retreat in Kanha Shanti Vanam followed by six months online follow-up sessions.
