This small book by Pujya Babuji Maharaj is testament to his original research and unsurpassed methodology in the spiritual field. During the 1940s and 1950s, Pujya Babuji recorded many of his spiritual discoveries and inventions in his diaries, and they were verified by Pujya Lalaji through intercommunication from The Brighter World. Later, in the 1960s, those associates of Babuji who organized the publication of his books helped him to compile a selection of those methods for the trainers in the Sahaj Marg system. The result was two small volumes, the first published in 1960 and the second in 1967, and the source material was Pujya Babuji original dictations and writings, especially his diaries.
Those two volumes were the first guidebooks for the prefects and preceptors of Shri Ram Chandra Mission, to be used for the training and spiritual growth of the abhyasis of Sahaj Marg. Now, for the first time since the 1960s, Pujya Babuji precious volumes have been republished here as one book.”
