Nasal cleanse A Stainless Steel Neti Kit for

Nasal Rinse

Perform Neti conveniently, effectively

Introduction

Neti, also known as Nasal Wash or Nasal Rinsing is an important shatkriya and plays an important role in managing upper respiratory tract conditions. It is a technique to cleanse nasal passages to the upper part of the respiratory system which is usually practiced with a Neti pot filled with lukewarm saline water.

Neti helps in flushing out foreign bodies like allergens and dust. It is also useful in the drainage of sinuses and blockage of mucus. It improves blood circulation and efficiency of the nasal mucosa.

Performing Neti every day, like our usual morning rituals like brushing, provides a relaxing effect on both your body and mind.

The technique irrigates all the drain mechanisms that connect eyes, ears, nose and throat, thus giving a positive effect on how you feel.

It is also said to have a positive impact on cognitive faculties like memory and concentration, and in reducing anxiety.

Neti helps to keep at bay conditions like sinusitis, cold, cough, allergic rhinitis and insensitivity to smell (S. Muktibodhananda Shatkarma and pranayama. Hatha yoga pradipika).
