Botanical name: Hordeum vulgare, Glycirrhiza glabra and Symplocos racemosa
Parts Used: De- husked grain, Root and Bark
Medicinal properties: Reduces hyper- pigmentation and skin discoloration.
How to use: External application, Mix 1/4 tsp of churnam with equal amounts of plain water/honey/milk/ rose water. Apply as a thin paste over the affected area.
Wash off or wipe off with a warm wet towel after 20 minutes or once the paste starts to dry. Do not allow to over dry. Use twice a week. Follow up with a good moisturizer.
Use with caution in: Avoid over eyes and eyebrows.
