Part Used: Root
Medicinal properties: Promotes immunity, reduces stress and promotes sleep.
How to use: For best results take ½ - 1 tsp churnam with warm milk at bed time.
Use with caution in: People with thyroid disorders consult your physician.

2) Guduchi Churnam |100g|
Botanical name: Tinospora cordifolia
Part Used: Stem
Medicinal properties: Promotes immunity, anti-inflammatory and reduces fever; also useful in liver and heart diseases.
How to use: Use it as decoction 1 tsp in 100 ml of water and reduce it to 1/4th to be consumed in empty stomach. (OR) Equal amounts of Guduchi powder with dry ginger powder (Shunti) and Jaggery. To be consumed always after food.
Use with caution in: Diabetic people as it can reduce blood sugar levels.

3)Shadanga Kwath Churnam |100g|
Botanical name: Cyperus rotundus, Santalum album, Zingiber officinale, Coleus zeylanicus, Fumaria indica, Chrysopogon zizanoides
Parts Used: Rhizome, Heartwood and Whole plant
Medicinal properties: Digestive, reduces excessive thirst and fever.
How to use: Use it as decoction 1 tsp of the kwath churnam in 100 ml of water reduce it to 1/4th and consume it in empty stomach.
Use with caution in: Higher dose might lead to gastritis.
Dosage limit: Not to exceed 60 ml per day.
4) Yasti Churnam |100g|
Botanical name: Glycyrrhiza glabra
Part Used: Root/ Stem
Medicinal properties: Useful in gastritis, wet cough, sore throat, rejuvenative, heals ulcers and wounds.
How to use: Take ¼ tsp of churnam with equal amounts of ghee in ulcers, honey or for respiratory complaints. To to be consumed after food.
Use with caution in: Hypertensive people as it can increase blood pressure levels.
Dosage limit: Not to exceed 3g per day as it may induce vomiting if exceeded the recommended dosage.
